Humphrey Bogart:  The Big Sleep, The Maltese Falcon, The Caine Mutiny.  Pretty much any Humphrey Bogart movie, I don't think I've seen a bad Bogart movie, just good to great.

Burt Lancaster: From Here to Eternity

Cary Grant:  Gunga Din

Errol Flynn: The Adventures of Robin Hood

John Wayne: Red River

Mel Brooks:  Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein

Robert Duvall & Michael Caine: Second Hand Lions

I can't believe this is considered an old movie now!

On that note, used to work with a kid who had never heard of the Matrix. I said 'it's not that old!' but it came out before he was born.

Old is subjective, but it's too good a movie to leave off

Man, and you think about how many shoes a woman with only two feet buys. Imagine the shoe closet for a 50 foot woman.

Howdy.

I just scanned the replies....

A friend has four kids the oldest is in second year of college.

When he tried to show them old movies they sat with the movie

playing and they quickly got out their phones and started tapping.

Good luck getting todays kids to actually watch and enjoy these films.

they just tap away.

I see people in the diner not talking just tapping.

I think its and addiction.  I dont know if its good or bad but seems ODD.

Best
