Prayers for Ohio Cheatin Charlie

Sixgun Seamus

Recommended Posts

Just got this email from Shenango Joe. Charlie is not only my nemesis, but also one of my best cowboy friends. Keep him in your prayers.

Our friend and Cowboy Action shooter "Ohio Cheatin Charley"aka Charles Nesselrotte has not been feeling well
the last couple of weeks. He has suffered a heart attack and will be undergoing a triple bypass Friday morning
1-20-2017 at St. Elizabeth MERCY Hospital in Youngstown.
I have no other information at this time. I will pass it on as soon as I have more.
Please share your prayers for a speedy recovery.

I got a message from Charlie''s wife. The surgery got postponed. He had some lung infection they want to clear up before they do surgery. Prairie Dawg talked to Charlie tonight and he is in good spirits and is doing ok. Keep those prayers coming. Thanks!

Thanks for all the kind words. I came home from the hospital last night. I had a mild attack Tuesday. Planning on operating Fri. if infection in lung is gone.

I feel good and have no discompfort. Only drawback so far is missing a chance to giving a royal beating to my friend Seamus

Thanks for thinking of me in my time of distress. Charlie

UPDATE!!!

Just got off the phone with Charlie. He's doing fine. He had a quadruple bybass last Friday. On Saturday he had some issues with an irregular heartbeat so the kept him in ICU and gave him some neat drugs to control it. Doc says he will get off them eventually. He has been moved to a regular room in cardiac care and is looking to be released in the next couple of days. Still has a lot of rehab and convalescing to do but it looks good. Please keep him in your prayers for speedy rehab and recovery. He will also need a prayer for support when I start whuppin' his butt on a regular basis again on the range.

Great to hear your doing so much better Charlie. I'm sure you'll pull through this ... if you can camp with Dawg, a little heart attack and bypass sould be nothing.

Prayers are with you . (thanks for the update Seamus)
