Buscadaro Bob
Hello All, Ive been out of the game for 10ish years, but my son now (10)going on 11 in November, Aiden -AKA "the jasper kid" has got into cowboy action shooting and loves it. We have a local match this saturday. Last month he came in first in his class! And ole dad has came back and having a blast. We have been looking at holster rigs and outfits. Ive not seen many knives on gun belts so just trying to get ideas. Thanks Have a blessed day Buscadaro Bob

I can make one for your son if he wants, or I can tell him how to make his own, basic knife is about $15-20 depending on size desired before modification. Wyatt
Years ago I wanted a knife on my gun belt. I liked everything about them until one day a stage started sitting in a chair. Now get a visual picture of a cowboy, standing there, with a chair dangling from his butt by the knife.

Waimea
First photo is my EMC (every match carry). I was going to save it for special occasions but I thought "HEY! Every time I get to shoot is a special occasion!" It was made for me by my good friend Jackalope. The second is a loaner. Yeah, it's a long story and may or may not involve Alabama moonshine with a Lickskillet label and an Indian Princess. That's all I can say on the subject. I have just a taste of snake juice in the refrigerator from the Cove and Hurricane Schmurricane Harvey. My wife said she was gonna throw it out if I didn't drink it. I figure it's prolly 253 proof by now. If I ain't blinded by it, I'll live forever.

Three Foot Johnson
I finally stitched up a basic sheath for it yesterday. I was going to do a simple stamp pattern or 3 feet carved into it or somesuch, but I cut the leather backerds, so it became a plain roughout instead. Pee Wee #15785
Shooting cap guns you need a good knife if the action is close. Long blade gives you a better reach! Cutting edge is carred to the front as Great-Great-Great-GREAT-grandpa carried it in Scotland.
Roscoe Regulator
My search for a knife was based on historic photos of men posing with their knives. It was pretty consistent as clip point blades, what are now categorized as Bowies. I didn't find one that was in my budget but did stick with the clip point blade in a more modern handle and a 6" blade, made in USA. I also grabbed a 3" mini, branded Remington, made in USA, and which looks like the real thing in miniature, now a frequent everyday carry. I will post a photo after switching to the phone app. To start with pics, this is an example of my goal in a search, more clip on the blade but closer to those in old pictures, certainly the handle one would see when sheathed:
