I found this thing in the pots and pans cabinet. Plastic.

It's a Hamburg breaker upper. Photos from  a clearer angle could help confirm.

That was my first thought. But I can’t find anything like it.  It could be part of a larger thingy but I don’t recall ever seeing it before. Carol wasn’t one for Ronco type kitchen I,plements. Maybe a gift? I really have no idea.
