Lol......that would turn a 90 minute western into an epic like the Titanic! A necessary evil for sure. Speaking of that I know a guy that does movies sounds and some of the things you hate really need to be in there. The ol’ click click click on the empty semi auto or striker fire gun that we all hate……..well if it wasn’t there the actor would just be pointing the gun and not firing it and the audience couldn’t tell it was empty. Having it locked backed or just pulling the trigger is unfortunately too subtle for the general public to pick up on. For example the actor runs an AR dry and can’t shoot the advancing “bad” guy……..how would you know without that click click click. As for the getting raped by a female bear.......well that's Hollywood, baby.
