Many of you Oldsters might remember Taggart, (Chet Gamboa). He was one of the early guys to beat in this game. A true Gentleman and friend to all. He has move on. I will miss him at our Fort Miller matches where we always had fun setting around the Camp and much laughing during the match. Goodbye old friend.

I used to watch him move through stages with amazement, he could move FAST. Shot with him many times, always had words of encouragement for me

I am really sad to hear that! I shot with Taggert many times over the years, and we had a great time at the Tombstone shoot and in town years back. He was a good friend and a great guy to hang with! He will be missed. RIP my friend Von Dutch

Was just wondering why I hadn’t seen him recently. Great person and great shooter. I’ll miss him.

I always liked that guy; have a couple of great stories about good times with him.  We'll miss you, Chet.  Best of luck in your new location.

Sadly,

FJT
