So many from that movie!

Col Bat Guano: “… but if you don’t get the president of the United States on that phone, you’re gonna have to answer to the Coca Cola Company.”

I believe my favorite from that movie will always be “Gentlemen! You can’t fight in here! This is the War Room!”

From the movie, "Strategic Air Command", with Jimmy Stewart: Gen. Hawks is standing near an aircraft with a cigar (supposedly lit...LeMay never would have it lit). An airman says, alarmedly to Col. Holland (Stewart), "Colonel, the general's cigar... Does he want that airplane to burn?" Replies Holland, "It wouldn't dare!" That, probably appocriphal story has been going around SAC for years.  Frank Lovejoy was almost a dead ringer for Ol' Iron @$$ himself.

Harry Callahan:  "Go ahead, make my day."

Col. Kilgore:  "I love the smell of napalm in the morning."

Michael Corleone:  "Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in."

Well, now you did it.  I had to watch it again.

I met LeMay once and you're right.  Lovejoy sure nailed him.
