Birdgun Quail, SASS #63663 Posted March 12, 2021 Share Posted March 12, 2021 I had no side effects from the first shot (Moderna). I got my second shot yesterday at 10:00 in the morning. Today, I have slight soreness at the injection site, light body aches, and feeling a little weary. I've felt worse after some flu shots. Good to know my body is reacting. The second one caused a fever about 15 hours after the shot was injected that lasted about 4 hours. I was then just tired for the next 24 hours...... Chili Pepper Kid, SASS #60463 Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 I've had both Moderna shots in Dec&Jan. No side effects. I donated blood a week after the second shot. When you donate they test your blood for Covid antibodies. Mine came back negative. The Pulmonogist I work with said the antibodies from the shot wouldn't show up in the test. Other than a little stiff feeling at the injection site, I'm back to feeling normal. No more body aches or weariness, which went away by yesterday evening. Bailey Creek,5759 Posted March 13, 2021 Share Posted March 13, 2021 Had my 2nd shot of ( Maderna ) on the 11 th . At 2 in the morning woke up . Knees hurt muscles hurt , cold, headacke. Took aspirin.
