Totes Magoats
What the heck do these numbers mean in the shot cups on Claybuster wads???? I searched the Interwebs and can’t find anything on why they would be there. Totes

Smoky Pistols
Lucky lottery numbers--you just need to fire enough to find the right combo-- I've seen them do the same thing with fortune cookies!
Creeker, SASS #43022
They designate the number of yards rearward of the trap house that the shooter is firing from for pattern integrity. So a 21 is rated for 21 yard handicap. A 25 is for use from the 25 yard mark. They should be labeled from 16 to 26; you simply have to sort them out and use them for whatever yardage you shoot. And if you believe that; I have some Arizona oceanfront property that I'll sell you cheap. I would assume it designates the molding press or die. Just for tracking or qc reasons. Totes Magoats
That’s good news. Now I don’t have to keep track of putting the even numbers in the left barrel and the odd numbers in the right. Totes
Cliff Hanger #3720LR
No it's odd in left and even in right. 1. 2. 1.2. 1.2. ;^) And you will get out od sequence if you drop one.

Each mold has multiple cavities so that each cycle produces many pieces.
