My second thought was that it sure won't work for the lefties! Ugly or no, a small gun like a S&W Shield in a good IWB holster is fully concealed with nothing more than a shirt tail. Yeah, but this one looks extreme even for a hideout gun. Most I can get the middle and ring fingers on the grip and curl my little finger under it. This one, doesn't look like I could get my ring finger on the grip. The idea of holding a very light, sub-compact .380 with just thumb and middle finger, with index finger on the trigger kinda makes me shudder.
