You don't use...... 'The Humble & Modest

Tennessee Williams, World Champion

Duelist'.

I've heard that THP can't catch Capt BB.

His Camero is toooooooooo fast.

I got a ticket from an Alabama cop years ago. While he was discussing it with me he said “for a minute there I thought you were running from me.” I replied “If I decided to run from you, you wouldn’t be talking to me right now.”

I’m not sure he saw the humor in that.

When I was waaay younger I converted my drag bike to a street bike. On the shake down run I blew by a township cop doing 90 and accelerating. (It would do about 160). Took me a couple of seconds to decide not to run. When he got out of the cruiser he asked what the heck I was doing. I told him the story about the bike and he told me he had a Honda Gold Wing. I told him my uncle was a township cop. He called my dad to come get the bike with his truck and gave me a ticket for no drivers license and registration in possession. He said he was surprised I stopped and I said so was I. We laughed.

If anybody could help out with registration and running the long range match. We have a couple of ladies helping with the registration area but could use a couple of more helping hands. We also have one person volunteered to run the long-range match but another person or two would be great.

Thanks

Don't get them started on the midget stuff again....

It's a good thing Ophelia Payne doesn't read the wire. She wouldn't care for the midget talk. Sometimes I have to hold her up while she shoots so she can see the targets!

The stages are posted in Practiscore.

You should have gotten no-rely@practiscore.com email from practiscore when you where registered. That email will have your link to match.

Don't have it, check your junk box.

I think TN Williams might have a table at the Yard Sale.

I will probably be there while he is giving an RO class.

Drop bye and say 'Howdy'.    I look forward to meeting

everyone.

And because I'm close friends with TW, I'll be glad to

forge his autograph for you.........

Capt BB,

3+ years ago (August 2020). , I had my open heart surgery.

Although I shot SE Regional last year, it was only my

3rd match since surgery in 2020. and quite honestly,

I had a super good time but my enthusiasm was not like

it was before surgery.   It seems I had lost my excitement

and energy and basically, I was still feeling like I was in

recovery mode.

FINALLY........ I got my enthusiasm back this summer and really looking

forward again for some fun Cowboy shooting.

It was good to see you and Shootin Sharon on Saturday and

being on the same Posse.    See Y'all again on Friday.

Slater and I plan to be there early on Thursday because he

wants to shoot some side matches.    ME..... I plan to sit around

and visit and relax.

Safe travels.

Going to start getting my gear together today. I'll be bringing some big boy cowboy pants and shirts to sell. $10 each. I'll be there late Thursday morning with my black crew cab Chevy and my Big Orange canopy. And my fan wagon cause it will be a smidge warm after noon.

Safe travels to you as well.  Bring a fishing pole and join me by the pond.  We'll get there late Thursday.

I stopped by the range on the way home from Comin at Cha yesterday. The range looked great. A lot of hard work from the North Alabama Regulators volunteer crews and the Range Owners. Y'all have totally outdone yourselves.

You should probably just have @Widder, SASS #59054load some up for you.  I'm sure he would be happy to and be extra special careful while loading it.

Oh yea..... be glad to assist.    And, I already got pre-tested primers

that work.

TW don't let @Widder, SASS #59054 loan you any gun oil either. I swear it was Jiffy Peanut Butter.

Red Knee says the same thing.   Ya just can't make some folks

happy with trying to help them.... :D

That crunchy Jiffy peanut butter works really good in SKBs too…especially the brand new one belonging to ole Barkeep. Fast Eddie entrusted Evil Bob and me to deliver it to him. Being the helpful cowboys we are we even lubed it for him too…..after a little Crown was consumed. We are always glad to help a pard out.

This is a true story. But the part that ole Kajun and evil Bob left out, is that they were under orders from Widder.

No point in getting in a hurry, you’ve got plenty of time

I haven't shot in so long I can't even find my pistols! I think I left them at the range. Or the back of my truck.

Well. I guess I should start loading ammo.

We’ll have a few Thursday afternoon while the attendees are taking the test for our RO1 class, just throw your presses in the truck and you can load then!

I have 2 pairs that will be shooting the match, I could probably scrounge up another pair if you need them!

Heck, your grips are huge for those gorilla paws you have. Probably couldn't wrap my hand around em!
