Some reversed the suspension harness, so it sat on their head correctly while the hat was turned around, but some just put their hat on backwards. If I had realized that was a hard hat I wouldn't have seen anything wrong with it. Â And second, I didn't realize that was the back strap and the tightener of a hard hat.
