I've contacted dillon and they won't replace it for me. I was curious if anyone had an extra one laying around for small pistol primers. When I called for support on my 9000 and they looked me up they didn't see a 9000 on my account. They were willing to help me with "some" parts, but setup help was *not* included and I think I had to pay for one of the parts at the time. That was 3 years ago. I never bought either of my machines from Dillon, I bought one from a gun shop brand new and one used from someone and never ever had a problem getting parts or help.
