Which one is Locklear and whose the other one? The way I look at things there was a singer, songwriter rock-n-roller named Robert Palmer. But then I went doing a deep memory search and decided she was in TJ Hooker (Captain Kirk as a cop). I never watched the Fall Guy, or for that matter TJ Hooker. Didn't watch Dynasty or Knott's Landing or anything else that she was in. Hmmm. But to answer the question which is which, Locklear is on our left. The younger looking girl.
