Rye Miles #13621 Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 This is my 3rd one, first one with AWD, blind side alert, 3 yrs of OnStar and 6 months of Sirius radio and Remote Start. 2022 is the last year for the regular Encore now it’s the GX Encore, bigger and more money. Only 5 miles on this baby!
Pat Riot Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 Next winter you’re going to love that remote start. It’s nice in the summer too on hot days. Just make sure your AC is on. Nice car!

Abilene Slim SASS 81783 Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 Nice! My wife has a 2020 also with AWD. Loves it. We don’t typically get a lot of snow at one time, but enough to make streets sloppy. It does really well. You might not get the fuel economy of your 2WD, but only a tiny bit less.
Bo B. Fetterman Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 my mom has her second one, AWD with a 4cyl turbo engine. It's a pretty nice car to drive around. Super Luxurious to me since I have a lifted Wrangler with no carpet
Wyatt Earp SASS#1628L Posted April 25, 2023 Posted April 25, 2023 Congratulations, always a great feeling when you get a new car.
Badlands Bob #61228 Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 There's nothing like a new car. Congratulations.

Rye Miles #13621 Posted April 26, 2023 Author Posted April 26, 2023 Technology is something, I can start my car from my phone!

Forty Rod SASS 3935 Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 A friend bought one for his wife, a 2019 I think. After a few weeks she took his Tundra and he now drives the Encore.....and loves it. They also have a Buick convertible for nice weather grazing around the countryside, and a three wheel, two seat motorcycle thingy. Neither one get a lot of use.
Warden Callaway Posted April 26, 2023 Posted April 26, 2023 We trained in our 2013 F150 for a Ford Edge AWD. We really enjoyed the remote start and heated seats this last winter and spring. Lots of stuff we will never use. Not been in a situation where AWD was necessary.
