Personally, "help yourself"? I'd take every last one of them. There's at least nine, maybe 10 magazines. They appear to be 30s judging by the height in the can, so that's about 300 rounds. That's 300 bullets, 300 primers, and 300 pieces of brass. Pull the bullets, dump the powder, and start all over again.

I would also take the ammo can.
