I was at a range last year and this guy in the stall / lane next to me had a similar target and he was blasting the heck out of the hostage. He was a young guy so I said to him “ You know, typically you wouldn’t shoot the hostage, right?” He gave me this look like he was processing what I said and he looked at his target and said “Well, I was aiming for the bad guy on the first shot but I hit the hostage instead.
