Tequila Shooter
It’d be great if we could make a list of current gunsmiths that specialize in cowboy guns. If you can list someone with their contact information and if you know, their specialty. Once this thread looks like it’s run it’s course I’ll compile a list and maybe we can get it pinned. I hope it’ll help other pards.

Ol Number4
"Are there any more?" Just because I'm still alive and here....Still retired, still specific about what I work on, and Like JM, by appointment only. Ol' #4"s Tuning & Repair, Moving to Tucson in a month, still at: olnumber4@gmail.com 503 890 7440 And, Thanks for the list. The next bit of information that would be helpful is>>>> What do each specialize in, limit their work to, or do best??? It seems some of the old guys are missing but I am glad to see some new names on the roster. I remember a bit back where there was only a short list of cowboy smith's. Stay safe, be careful, Ol' #

And I still swear that I didn't have anything to do with his OOB a couple years back at the TN State. If he would just keep his 97's clean, he wouldn't have all those problems..... He needs to start using my special lube.....the crunchy kind..... ..........Widder
Jabez Cowboy,SASS # 50129
Widder ; Thanks for the plug ,, While most of what I do is ballistic research, I have been smithing guns since 1974 , And I am now reducing the amount work I take ... I still look after my old-time customers, but the only Gun work I now take on is Cowboy Guns... Covid has allowed me to clear much of my back log , and officially start retiring ... I still like to help out Cowboy Shooters ,but now only take work from active Shooters in our Game ... Yes I prefer Black Powder and Shoot FCD , Love long Range Shooting 500 yards +++, And Open-top Colt type Guns and hammered Doubles , 92 rifles, Marlin 94s ... Not really looking for More Work, but i'm always ready to help out a fellow shooter ... Jabez Cowboy
