A woman goes into a supermarket and asks one of the staff working there if she can have a refund for the single-use, instant bbq kit she had bought there, only the day before.

The shop assistant politely asks what exactly is the nature of the problem, and the woman explains that the kit contains only a charcoal filled tray, and none of the meat clearly shown on the packaging.

The shop assistant, struggling to keep a straight face, explains to the woman that that is in fact all the kit comprises, and that the meat and other fare must be bought separately.

Nevertheless, the shop assistant agrees to refund the purchase due to the misunderstanding, but at that point realises that the returned kit was in fact part of a two-piece multipack, and so enquires as to the whereabouts of the second kit

Embarrassed, the woman confesses that the other is back at home, in her freezer

The photo is probably a bit older than that, judging by skirt length and hair style.
