Long ago my mom worked in a factory. A lot of the ladies that worked there kept snacks at their work benches. A couple new hires on the night cleaning crew started helping themselves to the snacks. So some of the ladies got together and made snacks substituting ExLax for the chocolate. They made Brownies, chocolate covered nuts, fudge, chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and some other treats and left then at multiple work stations on Friday end of shift. Come Monday the scuttle butt during lunch was that a least one of the snack thieves wound up at the ER with a really bad case of dysentery. After that snacks magically  stopped disappearing.
