Thumb has Alzheimer’s. Seemed to be a bit stiffer but I wouldn’t bet your paycheck on it. -

Been true of Canada for a long time. You've got to make sure you've scoured every nook and cranny to make sure a shotshell from last season's duck hunt isn't in the spare wheelwell, etc..... It's carried to a ridiculous extreme, but it's their country. -
1866 Trigger Spring
Larsen E. Pettifogger, SASS #32933 replied to Idaho Gunslinger's topic in SASS Wire
Keep a close watch on your hammer/trigger engagement. Once the sear surfaces have started to wear that is almost a sure sign the surface hardening on the parts has worn away. Filing will just take the notches even further into softer metal. If you know someone that can do it you should have the filed surfaces rehardened. -

American Tourist Faces 12 Years for Loose Ammo

A coworker of mine was wearing a suit on a work related flight from Los Angeles to Sacramento. He had this tie clip that looked like a Colt 1858 revolver. He got treated like he was a big threat with that little tie clip. He was interrogated long enough to miss his flight. He had to wait 2 or 3 hours for another flight. The tie clip was a gift from his kids. The TSA brain-trust took it. I found another one at Knott’s Berry Farm and bought it for him so his kids wouldn’t know it was taken from him. Knott’s Berry Farm is an amusement park that used to be based on an Old West theme. -

Since 11 mm is basically 7/16”, it should not be hard to find. -
There is a reason the Ruger Vaquero is the most popular revolver in SASS. Your only decisions are grip style - Birdhead, plow handle, or Bisley and Stainless or blue.

Don't know for sure what you need, so I'll recommend some that deal with period target rifles: Have you tried Buffalo Arms? http://www.buffaloarms.com/ Or Lee Shaver Gunsmithing http://stores.leeshavergunsmithing.com/ good luck, GJ -

I always thought the biggest boobs were in Washington DC...or is that the biggest asses...or both?

Over 1/2 of the names in my phone list are SASS aliases or nicknames. They'll have fun with those for about two minutes until they cross-reference them.

Same here. I don't even have any pics on mine. I think that I have maybe 25 numbers in it. If they check my call log, (they'll have to go through Verizon because I clear it regularly) they'll find that sometimes my wife calls me, or I call home. I don't text. Anybody I want to talk to I give my home number because the cell is usually on my dresser turned off.

Yeah they're cute and probably harmless. Except for that poison spine.

Son Chris has become more interested in old guns. He worked on me for months to sell him one of my 10 gauge hammer doubles. He wanted it to hunt pheasant, ducks, etc. Last time he was down, we looked through my collection. Of course, he picked the oldest and best one I had. Remington Whitmore Lifter. Then weaseled me out of 10 brass hulls.
