Yep....no felon in California can get his hands on gunz.
Trailrider #896 Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 Was he then released with no bail?
Blackwater 53393 Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 Catch and Release! California style. But we, the lawfully armed public are the dangerous ones who MUST be controlled and prevented from obtaining firearms!!
Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967 Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 Francisco Javier Palamino Alvarez... interesting - when I looked at the booking page this morning, he was listed - but no photo. Gotta protect his privacy, I reckon. When I checked a few minutes ago just to see if mebbe they might have relented and taked a mug shot - he ain't even there now. Good Lord! From the Santa Rosa Police Deparment's Facebook page, this is what they found in his truck:
Blackwater 53393 Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 You’d find a lot more than that in my truck on any given day!! NO DOPE!! But a hell of a lot more of the other stuff!!
Alpo Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 A few questions popped to mine when I saw that picture. Which pistol was going to shoot the 762 x 39 and which was going to shoot the 762 NATO? Did the officers in question not know how to field strip the Glock? I wonder who made that 1911 - Star or Llama?

Chickasaw Bill SASS #70001 Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 maybe it was a ,38 AMU
Alpo Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 Seriously doubt they would do that with a Spanish gun.

watab kid Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 yes - noneof us will have guns but the criminals will have a trunkful ,
Subdeacon Joe Posted September 13, 2024 Author Posted September 13, 2024 It's a rare day that either SR Police or Sonoma County Sheriff don't have a press release about the arrest of a felon in possession of a firearm. https://page.alertsense.com/content/2006/38614
bgavin Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 I was wondering how many times he has been previously deported.
irish ike, SASS #43615 Posted September 13, 2024 Posted September 13, 2024 Knowing Calif. judicial system, he'll get 6 months probation, free healthcare, and subsidized housing while going to school to study LGTSNoY +++lmno.

If I were a betting man I would bet not many likely none. Regards Gateway Kid
