My friend got his notification, but his app didn't arrive until Friday. And I don't see that the check has been posted. Maybe they are saving the best for last. Quicksand receives the app, then it's handed off to Star for "entry", after that you'll get the notification. I believe the checks only go in a few at a time, so don't judge by that.
