Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967
Well, they be gone. Called animal control ~ they sent out a pair of "Goat Ropers" - a young fella and a much more "seasoned" gal with a riata. I thought they were strays, and had hopped the fence. The gal sez she suspects they were dumped in my yard. Cute... but I don' need no goats!
Widder, SASS #59054
You're in California..... how do you know they are really goats? I mean, you've got some choices like: 1. Politicians 2. Neighbors kids dressed up for Halloween etc......... ..........Widder

Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967
Well... so far four people I know have said "I'll take 'em!" Go put in a claim at the Goat Pound - they'll be released in fourteen thirteen days. Actually, I do hope one of 'em gets them. Darned things were well cared for, clean, well-disposed... likely as not some kid's FFA project. Folks I know would give 'em a home where they'd earn their keep eating weeds and have a good life. Otherwise, in this area, they'll be converted to tacos right quick.
