Promoting the Sport - Tusco Day at Kames

Recommended Posts

Thank you to everyone who stopped out to see us at our Annual Tusco Day at Kames Sports. We had a great time talking to a lot of folks who may not have otherwise heard of Cowboy Action Shooting. They may not be shooting next week but they now at least know about our sport. I appreciate all the help!

It was a nice time.

Chatted with a lot of folks, older, younger, and everything in between.

Men, women, & kids

The day went by rather quickly, as it always does when yer doing what you love.

Hopefully we can pull in some new shooters from this. Way too many people out there never heard of us. Way too many people heard about it but "never knew they did it around here". The only way we will grow is by promoting and sharing the game we all love.

Good deal, Seamus! wish we had a store around here where we could do that.

Been talking about "making a stand" at the local gunshows.

I think it'd be great!

The fact that Tusco is one of the best cowboy clubs around is no accident!

Tusco is by far my favorite club. Who they are, what they do go way beyond the shooting.

It'd be a lot of work and I am just thinking with my fingers here.

Has anybody ever thought of producing a TV show for Public Access TV?

I found CAS, like many, through the Outdoor Channel and the show that Tequila was hosting.

I don't know what kind of money something like that would cost to get it on the air.

Maybe I will check it out here and let you know.

And that, as they say, is how it's done.

Congratulations! That was a lot of work to set up, but I'm sure you all had fun doing it.

Awesome.

I believe our officers at Tusco are the best in the sport!  Alway looking for ways to improve the club.  These guys do a lot of things behind the scene all year long that does not get the recognition they deserve.  Next time you see them shake their hand and give them an atta boy!

That may be true. But a real man dresses up like the big game Hunter from jumanji. Heads to a zoo and takes one like a real man!

Thanks guys! I really look forward to that day every year. Just priceless when we see the excitement when someone discovers Cowboy Action.

We had a lady take our photo at Cracker Barrel during breakfast. Just really neat when we can draw people to our sport.
