Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967 Posted May 20, 2016 Share Posted May 20, 2016 Aircraft Hits Four Buildings Air Show Disaster at West Zwick's Island Park, Belleville, Ontario, Canada This is tough to see. Photo below is small, but was taken at moment of impact. The pilot at low level evidently had no control over his aircraft. It narrowly misses a crowd gathered for the air show and slams into four buildings. One can only imagine the horror of the occupants inside those buildings. Warning! Picture below is graphic. The wind shear going around each identical building caused a vortex that sucked the aircraft into first skyscraper. What a city planning zone and engineering blunder to put same height building in same local that eventually caused human suffering .. Live and learn.
