Vikodin Makes me sick so I'm just on motrin. Just did my first round of exercises went well. Thanks again for all the well wishes and calls. Same thing I had and diitoes on the Vikodin. I did the Motrin also. It's been a year and it's NOT perfect but it's 99% better than it was. I'm glad I did it. The exercises are SO important.
