I'm still trying to figure out how to get the smiley face to show up..... Stan Up in the tool bar, where you can hit the little thing that looks like an infinity sign to put a link in you will see a Smiley face. Click on that to open up the options. Then out of the post aaaaaalllll the way down at the bottom of the page is the Black Add Reply Button with the little green arrow inside the button.. that's the Add Reply ya need..
