Hello again, Today is a great day for us, we sold several PCCS cappers, mainly to US Customers. One of the orders came from California. This is a special order of our Super Promo Set No. 6. This promotional set contains 3 x PCCS cappers at a super attractive price. This customer tried to pay with his credit card 6 times in a row and each time the transaction was rejected. Probably the 3D Secure transaction security mechanism introduced in the European Union is not always available in the USA. The customer changed the payment method to PayPal and the transaction went smoothly. We quite often see rejected payments from the USA, unfortunately, not always customers want to pay with PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. On the other hand, in most cases, transactions paid with credit cards run smoothly. Our request is that if your transaction fails due to authorization issues, please try another payment method or contact your bank to facilitate authorization. Thank you for your trust for over 7 years. Thanks to you, our small family business still has a chance to develop and we look to the future with the belief that we are doing something useful. Here is the only place you can buy our products: https://www.polishcappers.com/en/ Go for it! Don't wait! Best regards, Polish Cappers Agnieszka and Zbigniew Warsaw, Poland With you since 2017

Today I looked at a used Ruger Blackhawk 45 Colt with a 7 1/2 inch barrel. The gun appeared to be in excellent condition overall but seemed to have a different sound, almost hollow-like when I cocked the hammer. I will attribute this to the plastic grips on the gun. And as I got to thinking about it I don't think I've ever handled a Ruger with plastic grips so I've never experienced this. Am I correct in my assumption that the plastic grips give a different sound than wood or bone when the gun is cocked? Price seemed just OK at $599. Might make a nice plinker, well, with better grips.

I walked into my LGS at lunch time today and they had an 8lb jug of Bullseye sitting on the shelf, so I took home with me.

In the 60’s I went to Boot Camp @ the Great Lakes Naval Training Center. The facility was a Training Center, the activity was Boot Camp. Lots of fun and games. I almost shot a small arms instructor in the leg at rifle training. We were handed 22’s with a magazine design, only no mag. Just a wooden block with ?# of cartridges in holes. Firing from the prone position we were to take one cartridge out of the block, hand feed it into the chamber, close the bolt, aim and fire at will. The city boy down the line kept dropping them through the opening for the magazine. They would roll across the firing line and he would reach out and grab it. The instructor yelled at him twice. The third time he jerked the city boy to his feet and marched down the line two feet in front of the firing line. There was no “cease fire “ just a kaki clad leg in front of my sight as I was applying pressure to the trigger. I’m glad I managed to avoid completing the pull. There are things in your life you never forget, some are very significant, some are just random incidents that could have gone differently. CJ Yeah, yeah, I know. “Who was Will”? Never met him just tried to scared him by seeing how close I could come without hitting him.

Why aren't pump action rifles more popular?

Since they did away with the caliber and power factor requirements for rifles, I think this should absolutely be allowed! -
Yeah, maybe...what about the "going pee" part?
