Hi, we still can't ship to the US at a reasonable, acceptable price. DHL offered shipments for over 250 PLN (68USD), UPS offers similar or higher rates, and FedEx still isn't willing to cooperate. We have to wait for the Polish Post to resume deliveries, but this largely depends on US import and customs regulations. Unfortunately, Mr. President Donald Trump has decided to introduce these limits for the entire EU, and Poland is part of this. Hello again, We're still looking for shipping options to the US. Currently, only two companies ship goods: FedEx and UPS. FedEx refused to ship cappers to the US, and UPS does ship cappers, but the shipping costs are more than twice as high as FedEx. Therefore, we have to wait for customs regulations to change and only then return to Poczta Polska and USPS. While there are customs duties on small shipments, companies don't want to ship to the US because it's too much paperwork. We've even verified that US companies don't ship cappers to the EU, meaning it's currently not working in both directions. We have to wait for a return to normal conditions, as they were before Donald Trump closed down these options. We've received a large number of inquiries about shipping to the US, and all interested parties are on the list. We'll let you know as soon as we resume shipping. Thank you very much for your kind words and support. As you know, we've been trying to deliver our products to you for years. Since August 2025, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) has stopped shipping outside the EU due to tariffs introduced by President Trump. Since January 2026, we've been shipping our products through the only possible channel: FedEx. Things generally went smoothly, sometimes, but sometimes we had to explain that our products weren't weapons or ammunition. However, a few days ago, FedEx finally denied us the right to ship our cappers. Here's their reasoning: "Ms. . . . I uphold the Customs Agency's position; we cannot transport such an item because it is prohibited in our network." A capper is a handy tool that facilitates the application of caps (small primers) to nipples in revolvers, pistols, and black powder rifles. It ensures quick, precise, and safe application, which is crucial for dynamic and historical shooting. According to the terms and conditions of carriage: 10.1 Prohibited Items a. Firearms (including antiques and replicas), weapons, ammunition, and their parts. This includes, but is not limited to, pistols, switchblades, butterfly knives, swords, brass knuckles, and stun guns. Therefore, I request that you cease sending cappers through our service. Therefore, we have once again been forced to stop shipping goods outside the EU. We currently have no other alternative. We have switched from FedEx to DPD, but we can only sell our goods within the EU. Perhaps when President Trump lifts tariffs and restores freedom of trade for small shipments up to USD 800, Poczta Polska will resume service, and so will we. Hello to our friends in the US. We would like to share some unofficial but important information. Today we received a very unpleasant request from FedEx to pay additional fees for a package that was shipped to the US three months ago. The package was delivered long ago, but our customer in the US did not pay a small amount of customs duties. FedEx has now charged the unpaid duties back to us and added extra reinvoicing fees, making the total amount higher than the value of the product we shipped. This situation is extremely harmful to our business, and unfortunately, we must suspend all shipments outside the EU until we find a solution for the future. Please pay your customs duties if you have any. FedEx has introduced a policy under which any unpaid customs duties or import taxes are automatically charged back to the sender.
