Hello, We just received first new order from Iowa for Promotion Kit of 3 x PCCS cappers. This is the first order to US for the new shipment setup with Fedex etc. Please be patient we need to process it correctly and learn how to do it properly first time. Therefore we again switched off temporarily the ordering process to US and we will now concentrate to process this first order. We are looking for local US distributor of our products because we can't ship to US anymore in reasonable price. Hello our US friends, this is very important message for you and us. Today Polish Post announced very sad information: Zmiany w międzynarodowym obrocie pocztowym - Poczta Polska Translation here: "Poczta Polska (Polish Post) informs that, due to changes in the Acts of the Universal Postal Union, registered letter items containing goods will be excluded from international postal traffic as of January 1, 2026. This means that goods cannot be included in registered letter items – i.e., registered and insured letter items. Therefore, customs declarations will not be required for these types of shipments. However, it is recommended that for shipments weighing more than 250 g, a customs declaration be attached with the "documents" box checked, which will allow operators in the destination country to properly identify the shipment. The permitted contents of registered and insured letters sent abroad will include only: documents, photographs, invitations, other content used to convey information, recorded on any medium, especially on paper (including embossed type) or on a digital medium, provided that the medium has no commercial value. Sending goods in registered or insured letters will result in the return of such items to the sender by foreign postal operators. Goods can still be sent in unregistered letters, postal parcels (including insured parcels), as well as in GLOBAL Express and EMS shipments. " It means for our Company Polish Cappers that we can use only EMS service as Global Express has limits in value to only 50PLN. Therefore we checked EMS prices and it is ridiculous and scary for us. Today we have shipping our goods abroad for simple one price of 27PLN ( c.a. 7.30USD worldwide). The cheapest EMS international package up to 0.5kg cost is 188PLN (50 USD) this is not acceptable as out capper price is 56USD right now. Noone will buy our product with such a expensive delivery. We have checked also UPS and FedEX and the cost is also not acceptable around 150PLN (40USD per 0.5kg package). To make it clear and simple , we cannot sell abroad anymore because of the cost of the delivery. Therefore the only option for us right now is to find someone interesting to buy certain number of cappers in one delivery shipment and to resell in US. We will prepare special price for the batch of cappers like 100 units per box and you will buy them from us and we will ship one package to you. Then you can resell our cappers with your margin in US (no competition from our site). This is the only option we can handle it as in this case the shipments cost will be divided by 100 units in one box. 22 DEC 2025 is our last day shipping abroad. If you are interested to join our mission and help us to continue spread our best cappers in US please contact us : polishcappers@tlen.pl This global situation with shipments will limit our operation to Poland only through our e-shop. This is most likely due to the announced tariffs that President Trump intends to impose on goods from the EU. It's possible that settlement mechanisms aren't yet ready on the US side. It's currently unclear how long this disruption will last or when everything will return to normal. We are monitoring the situation and will resume deliveries to the US as soon as possible. Temporary Restriction on Acceptance of Goods Shipments to the USA Updated: August 22, 2025 Starting Monday, August 25, Poczta Polska (Polish Post) is temporarily restricting the acceptance of goods shipments destined for the United States. This decision was forced by restrictions imposed by the US authorities and air carriers, which prevent deliveries. The restriction applies to the following goods shipments (until further notice): postal parcels, including those with declared value, letter items with declared value, unregistered and registered letter items, Global Ekspres shipments, EMS shipments. The following shipments are still possible: unregistered letter items and registered items without goods (permissible contents are only correspondence and documents), EMS shipments with documents. Similar restrictions have been introduced by many other postal administrations in Europe. Poczta Polska will immediately resume accepting shipments to the USA as soon as the situation allows. We are constantly monitoring developments and will keep you updated on any changes. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience – these are beyond the control of Poczta Polska. This simply means that we as Polish Cappers must follow this restrictions as we do not have any other way to send you our goods in such a low cost. So we just suspend selling process to US and we will monitor the situation. This is not good for us as US is 50% of our whole business. We hope you understand us.
