The only thing unusual about this event is that it’s getting national attention. This crap happens all too frequently here. Usually it’s a group of two dozen or fewer young thugs, with 2 or 3 shooting at one another, mostly striking a handful of bystanders.
 

The other dynamic is that everyone including bystanders all know one another and won’t snitch. Everyone scatters when the shooting starts. Lots of witnesses, but nobody will talk which makes law enforcement almost impossible. 

Lots of drive-by shootings here too. But that’s another topic.

The simple fix is giving an immediate and public execution to every thug convicted beyond ALL doubt of an intentional gun crime.

No lawyer tricks, no delays, no excuses about being raped by his priest, gender dysphoria, being systematically oppressed, racially profiled or having 12 personalities.

When every thug is 100 percent certain he will be executed after pulling the trigger, this might deter some of them.

The stupid ones and mental cases will only do it once.

 

This is an intentional gun crime.
They should be tried as adults, and the above applied.

And to underscore one of my other posts and the NR column, another shooting has occurred at a Waffle House in Indianapolis.  One dead, 5 wounded after an altercation among two groups. No need to read an entire article about it. It’s the same as all the others thru the years.

Back in 2018, there was a shooting in Santa Fe,Texas at a high school in which 10 students were killed and at least 10 more wounded. This one lasted for about a week in the national media after it was discovered the shooter was not a white boy, nor had he used an AR15. Apparently 10 dead students don’t count for anything in today’s media, but the shooter’s race and weapon of choice do and this one did not fit the left’s anti-gun political  agenda.

we had one of those here saturday , thankfully the parking lot was mostly empty when the did their duel spray and pray , no one in custody as response time was too slow , as to KC - i dont get why these things happen at events but then why not with the current judicial system set of rules of release with no consequences
