Cliff Hanger #3720LR
A quick note; When recycling aluminum cans, separate the clean cans from cans with bullet holes in them. Clean cans get more $$$ than cans with bullet holes in them. If they find 1 can in your lot, the whole lot is classified as contaminated and brings the lower price. Charlie Harley, #14153
Yes, this is technically repurposing, which is far better than true recycling. The metal/plastic/glass does not have to be melted and reformed into its new purpose. Energy is quite saved.

Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984
Ok, here’s a potential problem. You recycle some cans you’ve used for shooting, each can has 1orv2 mg of lead. They get melted down into a 1000 kg pig of aluminum. The pig is found to have .5 ppm of lead and is rejected
