It consists of an adapter that mounts on the body that accepts Hodgdon 1# bottles or they offer. You never remove the powder from the Hodgdon bottle. You just invert your measure, then unscrew the bottle eliminating the chance of pouring your powder into the wrong bottle. I like the one that holds 30% more powder, perfect for 5.56 reloading...

Red Eye Jim
I did not realize leaving 700X would damage the hopper. I tend to just leave it in since I'm trying to catch up on my loading. I may pick up a couple of these, mainly for the longer tube for my 900 so I could put a full pound of 777 in it for my BP shotgun loads...

Email the owner and talk to him, he's very good on comms. This is a side job for him, so it might take a day to reply. OLG
Hoss
Ordered one just now. Been meaning to but kept forgetting. I usually leave powder in my 650, hasn’t ever been an issue, but I know the powder is corrosive.
The Original Lumpy Gritz
He does a great job on packing the hopper in 'peanuts' and bubble wrap. You'll need a 8-32thd tap and #29 drill bit. Use a #19 drill for clearance on the screws. He supplies SS rnd head Allen screws. OLG
The Original Lumpy Gritz
Just loaded up about 500 rnds of .38 Special, and all went very well. Matthew Duncan
My order was shipped the same day I ordered and to be delivered Monday! I don't mind making slight modifications, just which I had read it on their web site. Now I have to make a special trip to town to buy a tap and while I'm driving past Burger King a double cheese burger too.

Easier to start and keep centered than the 2 flute. A drop of ATF fluid helps in the drilling and tapping. OLG

The only risk that I can see is from static electricity build up in the plastic tube. The rest is metal.

It's not for me to say what you should do-- It has been proven, that the static myth and BP, is a bunch of BS. You MUST, 110% clean the PM after using BP. OLG I have a 650XL and no drilling or tapping needed. Glass hopper is smaller in diameter but around 2" taller. Took me longer to get the plastic hopper out then to install the glass hopper. One of the screw holes was off just enough I couldn't get the supplied screw started. Rotated the glass hopper 180 degrees and the same hole was off, it's the hole in the Dillion casting that was off. A few strokes with a rat tail file and the screw fits now. I noticed the new lid doesn't have the small vent that the Dillion cap has. Keep moisture out but wonder if the powder will become vacuum bound between refills? The Original Lumpy Gritz
I drilled a 1/16" dia hole in my hopper's lid. I wonder, when did 'D' go to the 2 screws on the PM hopper? I wanted the " Made in USA" sticker in the front but it would defeat the purpose of having a see through hopper. Sticker should be at the top!
