Rye Miles #13621 Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Whadya think about JOHNNY FOOTBALL GETTING THE START THIS SUNDAY AGAINST THE BUNGALS???
Michigan Slim Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 I like to root for the underdog. That would be the Browns....... Not a fan of Jonny yet. Would like to see Hoyer get a shot and the experience. Shows promise.

You can always bring Hoyer back in if JF messes up. Rye
Capt. R. Hugh Kidnme Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 He's a midget, and no Doug Flutie.......not a recipe for longevity in the NFL.
Rye Miles #13621 Posted December 10, 2014 Author Posted December 10, 2014 Yea quite the midget at 5"11 3/4"!!!
Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Browns have fans? thought they were just followers GG ~
Michigan Slim Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 And we all know there is only one way to take the Browns to the Super Bowl!
Rye Miles #13621 Posted December 10, 2014 Author Posted December 10, 2014 Browns have fans? thought they were just followers GG ~ No it's a CULT!!!!
Noz Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Yea quite the midget at 5"11 3/4"!!! Any more that is considered small. I just hope his ego doesn't get in his way too much.
DocWard Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Browns have fans? thought they were just followers GG ~ No it's a CULT!!!! That's pretty close to accurate. I must admit the Browns have some of the most devoted fans I've run across in any professional sport. Devoted enough to save the team name when the team moved, despite them not being particularly good even then. Me, even though I live much closer to Cincinnati, and actually being a Broncos fan (much to the consternation of My Browns fan friends), I will sit down and watch the game if I can, rooting for both of them to play well and for a good game. I won't have heart burn if either team wins or loses.
Frio Kid, SASS #31915 Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Johnny Football is a winner - always finds a way to get it done. Wish the Texans would have taken him instead of Clowney, who will likely be a bust from what I have seen.
Henry T Harrison Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Yea quite the midget at 5"11 3/4"!!! When the defensive lineman with fire in his eyes is 6'8 and well over 325 lbs and is coming after your ass you are a midget, and when you're Johnny Football you are a target. They are salivating waiting to lay this prima donna out and a 15 yard penalty won't deter them

backshootin beauford mcgee Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 He is going to be much worse than Hoyer. This guy is another very poor draft choice!
Frio Kid, SASS #31915 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 Who's Clowney???? Number one overall pick in the draft - played 4 partial games (with little impact) and is out for the season. Was supposed to be the all around defensive player of all time.

Was supposed to be the all around defensive player of all time. OK……Johnny Manziel was sure a big hit in Texas!! Hope he does it here! GO BROWNS!!!
Frio Kid, SASS #31915 Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 If you ever saw Johhny play you would know he is better than Doug Flutie ever was and no prima donna - he can take a hit and keep on going. Just look at the Aggies withtout him. I am betting the Browns' fans are going to like him.
Duncan Disorderly Posted December 11, 2014 Posted December 11, 2014 as long as the bengals lose I'll be happy. signed, a Steelers Fan
Rye Miles #13621 Posted December 12, 2014 Author Posted December 12, 2014 If you ever saw Johhny play you would know he is better than Doug Flutie ever was and no prima donna - he can take a hit and keep on going. Just look at the Aggies withtout him. I am betting the Browns' fans are going to like him. The Browns fans already like him and he's only taken a few snaps. Frio, you seem to know quite about about him, I'll take you're word that he's okay! Say what ya want about him folks but he's got some b@#$%…….. BTW….. Drew Brees is only a quarter inch taller…a QUARTER INCH….noone called him a midget!
Rye Miles #13621 Posted December 15, 2014 Author Posted December 15, 2014 So much for Johnny Football!! 30-0 Bengals win….JF threw 2 interceptions….OUCH!!! Okay Browns suck! Go Indians!!!
Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Nice win Bills and LIONS today. GG

backshootin beauford mcgee Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 So much for Johnny Football!! 30-0 Bengals win….JF threw 2 interceptions….OUCH!!! Okay Browns suck! Go Indians!!! Hate to say it, but 'told you so!'. The O line managed to ruin Couch in a couple years. Hard to throw when it is 1... 2... ouch!.. 2 1/2.

Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Yesterday the Browns were Clowns....the Packers were Hackers....and the 49'ers were Whiners.... GG ~

DocWard Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Hate to say it, but 'told you so!'. The O line managed to ruin Couch in a couple years. Hard to throw when it is 1... 2... ouch!.. 2 1/2. Like I said when I heard Manziel had been drafted... Where quarterback careers go to die. Pretty sure the porousness of the Cleveland line isn't what Casey Kasem had in mind when he said "and the hits keep on coming," but it fits.
Frio Kid, SASS #31915 Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Gotta give the kid a chance, he is not going to come in and set the league on fire. He had a coupe of nice escapes and laid a shoulder into a linebacker, he will get there sooner than whats his name he replaced. Any other rookie quarterbacks out there tearing it up? The guys who drafted in front of him are no better. Also playing with an all rookie backfield.
Utah Bob #35998 Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Give him a good offense and see how he does.
Four-Eyed Buck,SASS #14795 Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 Brownies lost it on BOTH sides of the line yesterday. O line was a sieve, and the D line couldn't stop the run......again Pretty hard to effective when you're running for your life!
Capt. R. Hugh Kidnme Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 We know the parents of a kid who blocked for him at TX A&M. Their son, the A&M lineman said if he was 5' 10.5" , he'd eat him...... cleats and all.
Frio Kid, SASS #31915 Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 The much-anticipated and highly-debated question of Johnny Manziel’s actual height has finally been answered. Manziel measured less than 6-foot tall. Johnny Manziel measures just under 6 feet at the #NFLCombine at 5’11 and ¾ inches, 207 pounds. — SportsCenter (@SportsCenter) February 21, 2014 The Houston Texans now have to consider doing something with the No. 1 overall pick that’s never been done before: select a short quarterback. Only three quarterbacks drafted No. 1 overall were listed at 6-0. Michael Vick was the only one selected in the modern era. The other two were Harry Gilmer in 1948 and Randy Duncan in 1959. Manziel’s lack of prototype size was always part of the equation. Another measurement may actually be more important. Hand size: Bridgewater- 9 1/4, Bortles- 9 3/8, Manziel- 9 7/8. — Daniel Jeremiah (@MoveTheSticks) February 21, 2014 Johnny Manziel (9 7/8) has bigger hands than RG3 (9 1/2), Kaepernick (9 1/8), Matt Ryan (9 1/2), Sam Bradford (9 1/2) — Jeremy Lundblad (@JLundbladESPN) February 21, 2014 The ability to hold the football with ease is important for an undersized quarterback. Manziel, for example, is often compared to Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson, who is also 5-11. Wilson’s hands are actually bigger. They measured 10 1/4 inches.
