Cornbread in the oven, bacon in the oven, coffee brewed.  When the cornbread and bacon come out of the oven it will be time to scramble some eggs.

I had some left over chorizo and some spicy browned chicken from quesadillas last night.  Took three eggs, some half & half, a fistful of shredded cheddar, and some onion.  Dropped the liquid ingredients and the shredded cheddar in a hot skillet, greased with real butter.  I let it all start to cook and laid on three slices of good American cheese followed by the chicken and chorizo as the slices began to melt.

Folded it once. Flipped it over once. Slid it out of the skillet onto a plate and dumped some fresh salsa onto the plate next to it!!

I DID save the dog a bite, but it was done grudgingly!!

I was at the cabin alone. Had a PBJ and the best coffee I've ever fixed.
