This will probably decide if I have to have 3rd surgery on my neck in 2 years or this time might have do work on shoulder. Shoulder Dr wants to cut bicep tendon and reattach to arm bone, shave off bone spurs and check for clavical tear. MRI didn't show tear in clavical so there is hope there.
