Cholla Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 If I ever win the lottery I'm going to buy a pair of their Cactus Sunset boots. http://www.jpsboots.com/oldwest.htm
Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967 Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Dang... for that price, you'd think they'd have heels with a spur shelf!
Marshal Hangtree Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Pffftt. I wouldn't be caught dead in those boots. I'll stick with the same Justin 2551's that I've been wearing for years.
BLACKFOOT SASS #11947 Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Drug Store Cowboy stuff. Folks that wear boots like that wouldn't know which end of the horse is the front. Blackfoot
Eyesa Horg Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 Imagine how many frogs it takes to make "Frog skin" boots.
Tascosa, SASS# 24838 Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 I got a custom made pair of calf skin boots with a spur ridge and a slightly lower underslung heel for $600. Well worth the $ and feel like slippers on my feet. Those boots pictured above are way too gaudy for me. Drug store cowboy stuff.
Gunner Gatlin, SASS 10274L Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 A bit over the top. Not just the pricing either.... GG ~
Utah Bob #35998 Posted April 1, 2019 Posted April 1, 2019 I stopped by the Lucchese store when I was in San Antonio once. That was high end enough for me.

Cholla Posted April 2, 2019 Author Posted April 2, 2019 I would like to know how many pairs they sell a year.
