I recommend everyone get a FFL Collector C&R, its 30 bucks for 3 years. You can get discounts from brownells and numrich (Not midway however). Plus you can throw a copy of it in the box when you ship things at UPS or USPS (They see the FFL, and they'll just accept it.) (Yeah I know, I've shipped stuff in the past with it and showed the UPS clerk the FFL paper, even though it was a modern firearm. Its not against the law for you to ship a gun, but it helps with clerks that don't know any better). Plus if you do buy any C&R firearms, you can ship it directly to your house. My wife likes it since I own a lot of guns and if the police for some reason raided our home, what are they going to publish in the news? Man had a arsenal of guns without a FFL. They won't say that with me when I have a FFL - Collector, C&R. Sounds kind of stupid, but my wife likes me having it. (Man has a lot of guns, but he has a FFL as a Collector). Doesn't have that ring the news likes.

The things that bring up memory

Smell is the most associative of the senses! -
Patnode is always fun to shoot with, and yeah, he would have said "nobody cares" (with a smile). We were happy to see Mav's wife back to normal at the banquet. Billy, that's awesome that Sassy had her first clean match! Probably made the heat a lot more bearable. The banquet, being on Memorial Day Eve, had the "Missing Man Table" set up and announced as before. It was their sacrifices that made this game possible.

This YouTube channel usually has a pretty good perspective -
I could see that scene while reading your description. I don't think I've seen it since the '80s. Smells and tastes are what usually trigger memories for me.

Hey KK, I got to the campground early and saw that Ray had downgraded you to lake view instead of lake front or island home. Dont worry, I took care of you. You know who your freinds are.- 444 replies

I’m descended from a life long LEO! Almost half of my uncles, (6) and a couple of my aunts, as well as four or five of my cousins are or were LEOs! My father served warrants and writs of replevin and subpoenas, often alone. AND at night. There were any number of occasions as a youngster, where I rode in the car with him so that there was someone to advise the dispatcher if there was ever any trouble. Fortunately, there never was! BUT!! He also participated in many “raids” where life and limb hung in the balance and I was often privy too the conversation among officers after the “show” was over. I also spent three summers in the courtroom of one of the criminal courts with a judge who later became a state Supreme Court justice! I may not have been an officer, but I have seen them in action! I have seen how the courts work and how subpoenas and warrants are supposed to be handled! NOTHING about this incident, as it has been reported and described, was done the way such a matter is supposed to be done!! If there was something out of the ordinary that made this operation special, that is the FIRST THING that should be explained! No such explanation forthcoming indicates to me and many others who question the actions of the officers in this incident and the directives they were operating under that something is/was very wrong with the whole case!! -

All these allegations and an arrest warrant rather then the search warrant wasn't issued? Strange. If true, doing what this said, he was committing several felonies. Also surprised none of this came up in the hearings. Were did you find this since as the Director said he can't give specifics on the case since its "ongoing". -
Has this barrel been lined?
Three Foot Johnson replied to Three Foot Johnson's topic in SASS Wire Saloon
The .44 mags are common and easy to come by, the .357 and .45's are less common, and the .41's are so scarce some collectors say they were never marketed to the public. I've never seen a .41, just pictures of a couple. -
