Columbian would be fine, anything Robusta is fine, better than Arabica, Liberia, or Excelsa. Balancing flavor vs caffeine content.

where ever there is a Starbucks , there is a gas station , close by that sells coffee , for lots less

Whipped Cream on a slice of Pumpkin or Sweet Potato pie is quite common in the States.
