He and his Mom and Dad (Missouri Sweety and Missouri Traveler) are as fine of folk as you could ever meet. The first time I met Lefty (although I had already heard about him) was the TN State when we were have a 3-man team event. I lucked out and got on the same team as Lefty. His task was to shoot 5 rifle targets off the Texas Star, after the pistol person completed their run. and after Lefty, I was the SG clean up guy. Dang, before I could ready myself to engage a couple KD's, Lefty cleaned that Star in about 1 second, maybe a tad more and I just kinda stood there not believing what I just saw. CR is right, Lefty was top overall, and my other little buddy Spud was 10th overall. Now Spud you know I think, he is Ol Short Tom and Two Sons grandson. Both fine little gentleman!
