I have never seen a closed Waffle House. I have had Waffle House shut me down. Man, was I sick.

One just opened where I live.  Still going through the soft opening phase.  First  two weeks they were only open 0600 to 1330.

 

This week they are staying open till 1900..  

 

In a couple more weeks they'll be open 24 hours.
