Marshal Fire, SASS 10064
If all goes as planned I plan to attend Winter Range and shoot the Plainsman side match for the first time. I know that the regular match is lost brass but is this true also for the Plainsman event. Would hate to lose my expensive rifle brass? Thanks

Ol Number4
We have always been able to police our own brass. It is not confined to the main match criteria of time on stage.. I expect to get mine back , as always.. Ol' #
Doc McCoy, SASS #8381
The only 50/70 brass I've lost in the last 3 years there have been the ones I stepped on!

Mud Marine,SASS#54686 Life
Even when it was "lost brass", you could ask for and get an exemption. I shoot .50-140 3-1/4" ammunition so if I hadn't received an exemption, I would have found the long range to be a burden. I have never had a reasonable request refused by them. They are on my list of "The Good Guys".

Cowboy Rick, SASS #49739L
Way too easy to police the few rounds fired Than to kill it by making it lost brass.
