It is a violation of all but BitCoin’s user agreement to use their services in the purchase of firearms, ammunition, or many related items. I have spoken with sellers that used PayPal to sell guns and gun parts until PP found out what they were selling and locked their accounts and seized their funds. The exception is selling on eBay. A seller can sell gun parts on eBay and use PayPal with no issues.
