A better question would be what kind of meat is not in it. ;)

Used to buy Shawarmas from a vendor in Chania Crete that included at least 3 different meats. Although they were usually layers of Lamb, Chicken and Pork, they also could include Beef and Turkey. All depended on what was available at the local meat market.

Well, crud.  Not having much luck, am I?   I tried to find something that others could watch.  Maybe someone else can find it on youtube.

Thanks!  What did you enter for your search?

Took the title from the facebook video and pasted it into google.  Struck out. Then I put it in quotes and struck gold.

Now I’m craving meatloaf! But I’m afraid brunch has made that unlikely today, calorically speaking. ;)   :(

I bought shawarmas in Ukraine. The advice I was given was that it was best if the cook was not Russian. I found that to be true.

The place in Crete was run by a Spaniard. He was a big fan of the Real Madrid football team.
