Marshal Hangtree
Well, I learn something everyday. I've never before seen or heard of a percussion revolver, with a 73 colt style frame, a loading gate, and apparently an ejector rod for a bullet ram. And I'm not talking about a percussion to cartridge conversion either. This one looks like it went in the opposite direction. Cartridge gun to percussion. Thanks for posting. I didn't know this type of revolver existed.

I didn't know this type of revolver existed. They came about for the English market is my understanding. It is extremely difficult to own and shoot cartridge firearms there. This gives them the feel of a SAA. The dimensions are such that regular cartridge Cattleman parts will not fit, precluding converting it back to a cartridge firing gun. I apologize to the OP for muddying up his offer to sell.
Prairie Dawg, SASS #50329
Shooter's Handbook. page 10: Frontiersman Category Frontiersman Rules: - Any main match percussion revolver with fixed sights. - Revolvers must be shot Duelist or Double Duelist style. See Duelist description for required shooting technique. - Must use blackpowder in all loads (rifle, revolver, and shotgun). - Must use a side-by-side, single shot, or lever action shotgun in the main match stages. - Any SASS legal pistol caliber rifle is acceptable. Exceptions: - See “Sights” section of this handbook regarding “dovetail sights” - The 1873 Uberti percussion revolver is not allowed. Not trying to rain on your parade, but potential buyers should know that, even though this is a fixed sight cap gun, it is NOT LEGAL for frontiersman. --Dawg

Thanks, Goody. That adds to my very limited knowledge of revolvers. ACW, sorry, I didn't mean to derail your post. Good luck with the sale. Rooster Ron Wayne
Even though it is not SASS legal. Looks like it would be a fun toy . And I bet it dont get cap james like most Colt clone cap guns . This should be a lot like a Remington and work right out of the box
Prairie Dawg, SASS #50329
ACW: I was not trying to derail your sale, but the fact that it is not a legal gun for Frontiersman should be known by any potential buyer. I'm sorry if that upsets you, but imagine how the buyer would feel when he shows up at a match & finds out then. It still would be a fun gun to have & shoot, just not in Frontiersman. --Dawg

Maddog McCoy SASS #5672
I have seen some of these in the past and they had a good feel to them. Just have not go into the Holy Black Club except for deer hunting. I always thought they would be a fun thing to shoot. Good luck.
