Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967
I have a few Orpington hens. Just collected some eggs... and I'm wondering how a chicken sez "Ouch!"

Hardpan Curmudgeon SASS #8967
Not pictured was one with no shell. Those are kinda odd... perfect egg, but only the sac-like membrane. Happens from time to time with young hens.

Widder, SASS #59054
The language used by chickens is 'Peckercluck'. The word 'Ouch' is normally used as a 'Peckerism' by chickens. Therefore, the word a hen uses which means 'Ouch' during her egg laying process is 'Cockdoodled'. If you want to know about goats, rattlesnakes and such, you'll need to ask TN Williams. ..........Widder
