Alpo
Mad magazine, some fifty or sixty years ago. There's a cartoon of this tourist couple. You can tell they're tourists. Panama hats, Hawaiian shirts, Bermuda shorts, long socks and sandals. They're in some little banana republic and they've just happened upon some anti-American graffiti. YANKEE GO HOME!! Their guide is mortified, but the tourist husband says not to worry about it. It did not upset them in the least. And the tourist wife added, "We understand completely. We're from Georgia". MizPete
I love this woman. At a professional women's conference a while back I had the privilege of seeing her live and in person. She is such an inspiration and a credit to all of us Carolinians.
