J-BAR #18287
I’m about 10 minutes into this Joel and Ethan Coen western on Netflix...I feel like a deer caught in the headlights, don’t know whether to run or sit still and watch! Anyone else seen it? Opinions?
Abilene Slim SASS 81783
I'm about 4 minutes behind you, pard. Agreed.
Tony Crowe
Watched it last night. I enjoyed some of the story line, but was overall disappointed with the film. Some funny moments, but mostly it was weird. The best part for me was the old prospector looking for the gold.

J-BAR #18287
Yeah, saw that after I posted. it’s Coen’s version of Blazing Saddles. It had its moments.
John Henry Quick
I'm watching it right now and I just finished segment two - the bank robber hung twice. It's amusing so far and reminds me a bit of "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?"
Pat Riot
I liked it. The side show one was a bit odd...well, it’s all a bit odd, but I liked it overall.

Navy Davey
Enjoyed it and had a few good laughs during the first segment. And I think found my next costume.

Red Gauntlet , SASS 60619
Can you do this with a single-action, though?
Ornery Cuss
I enjoyed the whole thing. I was struck by how realistic everything seemed. The acting is superb, the costumes were perfect and the story lines, while somewhat unorthodox ( OK, weird) were very inventive and clever. I was also struck by the difference in the quality of acting as opposed to the typical American movie. There are virtually NO America actors, or actresses, who can make a role real; they are mostly superficial and unbelievable in their roles. I say that to point out, again, the quality of the acting in this series of sketches. I recommend it. Ornery Cuss

Birdgun Quail, SASS #63663
Overall, I liked it. Most disturbed about the orator without arms or legs. Liked best the wagon train story.
