Wife introduced me to a new food.

Thanks to Mom Nature and her 6+ inches of snow in Section, Al. The wife said, "Let's have snow cream/" Me being a Yankee, I had no idea what that was. It was really good. Too bad this kind of snow only happens very rarely in Northern Alabama.

I think, that is an interesting idea - snow cream that is. Otherwise up this way we have to suffer with Italian ice, Polish ice, frozen custard or plain old ice cream.

We couldn't make snow ice cream out of the first snow fall. The first snow fall cleaned the air so the second third etc were clean enough to eat.
