Ovaltine in original crystal form

Current Ovaltine is sort of crystalized. It is not powder like Quik. It comes in chocolate and malt. It is in most grocery stores. 

 

Been drinking Ovaltine a long time. :D

Yeah, so have I., but it's just not  what I remember from my childhood days when we had to boil water and milk over a dinosaur turd fire.  It tastes different.

it's the dinosaur turds that made the difference :D

I remember it being granular, almost like instant coffee, but not crystals.

 

I sort of like the flavor, but I recall it taking about three times as much to make a glass of chocolate milk as it did with Nestle Quick.

ill second this at 74 , i also grew up with all the adds and such but ive never had any in or around my homes - not as a kid nor around my kids , just never ever did that ,
